Thanks to everyone who came to play in the NESA June G/30. I
am especially grateful to Bob Campbell and Gaetano Bompastore for
making the long trek from Springfield to join us. We’ll welcome you
much more ceremoniously next time, I can assure you!
The tournament, including our ordering of pizza, went quickly
and smoothly, and I thank everyone for being well-behaved and orderly.
Though we still need to be quieter more consistently (especially in the
tournament room itself when games are in progress), in general this
tournament was a big improvement over previous ones.
If anyone would like the crosstable published, let me know and
I’ll put it on the NESA Academic Blog
([1]h[2]http://academicsatnesa.wordpress.com/category/chess/).
