Final Standings – Waltham Chess Club 2016 Club Championship

Fellow Waltham Chess Club Players,
 
               The 2016 Club Championship is at an end.   Thanks to all the players who participated, and congratulations to Sherif Khater for emerging as the 2016 CLUB CHAMPION.
 
               Next week starts the 2016 BLITZ CHAMPIONSHIP.  24 games of Blitz in two weeks.  Positively irresistible for the Rated Blitz fiend.
 
               We hope to see you there!

               Thanks to everyone who participated in our 2016 Summer Open.  Congratulations to our winners Dave Martin, Ilya Rozonoyer, Evan Maclure, Steve Carlin, and Justin Li for picking up the prizes in our 10-Round G/45 d5.
 
               For those ready now for a quicker pace, our Blitz Championship is coming up in two weeks, 7/22 and 7/29.   Please write me if you’d like to pre-register.
 
               We’ll see you next Friday for the NOT First Friday and the conclusion of our Invitational Championship.
